Asia 371 “Foundations of Chinese Thought” represents the first time that a course in the Faculty of Arts at UBC will be taught in a “flipped classroom” mode.

The Admiral, shown in ASIA 356, is a story of Korea’s most admired pre-modern military hero, Yi Sun-si, and how he defeated Japanese invaders in the 16th century.
