The transition to online teaching in the past year has posed many challenges to language teaching in Asian Studies. With the prospect of in-person classes in September, we are here to discuss what we have learnt from teaching online and how we plan to modify our in-person teaching based on this unusual experience. This workshop invites representatives from different language programs in Asian Studies to discuss and share their experience of teaching language online and more importantly, what changes they are going to make for their Sept in-person classes.
