Rajneet Kaur is a MA student researching Persian-Punjabi connections, focusing on how Persian culture influenced Punjab through literature As well as, studying similarities in development of Persian and Punjabi cultures. She received her BA and BS in Asian Studies and Psychology from the University of Utah.

She also is interested in religion, folktales, and poetry in Punjab.
