Our faculty members specialize in literature, religion and history of various regions in East, South and Southeast Asia. We also offer instruction in the following Asian Languages. The Department of Asian Studies offers students options in ten Asian languages: Modern Arabic, Cantonese, Chinese, Hindi-Urdu, Japanese, Korean, Persian, Punjabi, Sanskrit, Tibetan.
